Printing

As a general rule, we recommend printing rather than copying if you have an electronic copy of your work. It is usually faster and the quality is almost always better. Please see Send Files and Bring Files for how to get your files to us for printing.

Mono (black-only) printing

Our Ricoh 2090 black & white printers can produce up to 90 A4 copies per minute, as well as A3 and double sided copying. Our four Ricoh colour printers can make between 38 and 60 mono A4 prints per minute while our Konica Minolta printer makes 25 A4 per minute. Prices are on a sliding scale, starting at 8p each for 1-20 A4, dropping to 3.15p each for 1000 A4, with additional prints even cheaper still. Paper used is Xerox Recycled Supreme 80gsm). Full colour printing

We have four Ricoh colour laser printers: one 2238, two 3245s and a 3260. They produce between 22-32 full colour A4 prints per minute, as well as A3 and double sided printing. We also have a Konica Minolta C252P printer which makes 25 A4 per minute. Prices start at 40p each for 1-10 A4 prints, and as low as 25p each for 200, with additional prints just 20p each. Paper used is Xerox Recycled Supreme 80gsm). 100gsm paper costs just 0.5p per sheet extra (50p per 100).
