Flyers - Pricelist
- Guidelines for printing to the edge & producing your own artwork
The prices on this page are for printing A6 flyers (one quarter A4 or postcard size = 148.5mm x 105mm) in either full colour or mono (black-only). For A5 (half A4 = 210mm x 148.5mm), get the price for double the number of A6 e.g. for 500 A5 is the same cost as 1000 A6. If you require a quantity that is not shown or for more advice, please contact us.
For both types of printing there are two tables of prices:
- paper and thin card (up to 160gsm) - these are zero rated for VAT
- thick card (200gsm and over) - these are standard rated for VAT (the prices shown include 17.5% VAT)

Notes on the prices
- If you require colour on one side and mono on the reverse, simply add the two single sided prices together, BUT for thick card prices, also deduct £1.29 per 100 A6.
- If you require A5 flyers, use the price for double the number of A6, e.g. if you need 250 A5 use the price for 500 A6.
- If you require A7 flyers, use the price for half the number of A6, e.g. if you need 1000 A7 use the price for 500 A6.
- If you want coloured 80gsm paper, add 1p per A4 sheet, so divide the number of quantity of A6 by 4 and that's the add-on cost in pence.
- If you want coloured 160gsm thin card, add 3p per A4 sheet, so divide the number of quantity of A6 by 4 then multiply by 3 and that's the add-on cost in pence.
- The sample prices below assume that you are supplying your own artwork as most customers do these days. Please read the guidelines first. We are happy to produce your design for you, however there will be an additional charge dependent on your requirements.
- Our prices include a charge of £1 (£1.18 inc VAT for thick card) per side to make up a master copy from a single flyer design. If you want to save a pound and make up the master yourself, lay out 4 copies of the flyer on an A4, keeping 5mm away from the outside edge of the A4, and 10mm between each flyer so that when we cut them out you end up with an even 5mm all around. If you want printing to the edge, we must set this up on our template to ensure correct results.
- If you require flyers printed to the edge then there will be a surcharge made for the additional cutting required on top of the printing price above. This is £1 per 100 A6 or part thereof (£1.18 inc VAT per 100 A6 for flyers on thick card).
