Flyers - Pricelist
- Guidelines for printing to the edge & producing your own artwork
The prices on this page are for printing A5 (half A4 = 210mm x 148.5mm) and A6 flyers (one quarter A4 or postcard size = 148.5mm x 105mm) in either full colour or mono (black-only). If you require a quantity that is not shown or for more advice, please contact us.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT but flyers are usually zero rated for VAT so the price below is (usually) the price you pay. However, the regulations state that VAT must be added if the flyer is wholly or partially any of the following:
- a Calendar
- a Ticket
- a Voucher
- a Form
- an Invitation
- something intended to be kept long-term, e.g. reference material.
If your flyer includes any of these, we are required by law to add VAT of 20% to the above prices. If you are unsure as to whether or not your flyer is liable for VAT, please send us a copy of the final artwork for evaluation.
Postcards are always subject to VAT.
For colour on one side with black only on the reverse, add the single sided prices together. Prices shown are for printing from the customer's own artwork in a suitable format.

Notes on the prices
- If you require A7 flyers (8 per A4), use the price for half the number of A6, e.g. if you need 1000 A7 use the price for 500 A6.
- If you want coloured 80gsm paper, add 1p per A4 sheet, so divide the number of A5 by 2 or A6 by 4 and that's the add-on cost in pence.
- If you want coloured 160gsm thin card, add 3p per A4 sheet, so divide the number of A5 by 2 or A6 by 4, then multiply by 3 and that's the add-on cost in pence.
- The prices above assume that you are supplying your own artwork as most customers do these days. Please read the guidelines first. We are happy to produce your design for you, however there will be an additional charge dependent on your requirements.
- Our prices include a charge of £1.00 per side to make up a master copy from a single flyer design. If you want to save a pound and make up the master yourself, lay out 2 copies (for A5) or 4 copies (for A6) of the flyer on an A4, keeping 5mm away from the outside edge of the A4, and 10mm between each flyer so that when we cut them out you end up with an even 5mm all around. If you want printing to the edge, we must set this up on our template to ensure correct results.
- If you require flyers printed to the edge then there will be a surcharge made for the additional cutting required on top of the printing price above. This is £1.00 per 100 flyers or part thereof.
