Deliveries

The majority of our customers are based at The University of Manchester and therefore collect finished work in person. Because of this we do not operate our own delivery service.

Royal Mail

We can usually post normal items, e.g. standard envelopes or small packets, on the day of completion. Larger or heavier items plus Recorded or Special Delivery items are by prior arrangement only as there is no longer a post office local to u-print.com. Because of this, we cannot always post on the same day and there may be periods when we are unable to post anything at all. You will be charged the current Royal Mail price for 1st or 2nd class delivery, plus the extra for Recorded or Special Delivery if you choose that option. Note that we are unable to post anything larger than A4 in area; this means that we cannot post A3 posters.

If you would like us to post your work back to you, you must therefore allow as much time as possible. If it is urgent then you should confirm with us that we can produce your work and post it within your required timeframe.

Collecting by car

If you wish to collect your work by car, you are advised to tell the Security staff at the Gatehouse on Sackville Street that you are collecting from u-print.com in the Students' Union. Follow the campus road down the slope, along the level section, then up the slope. Turn right at the top and then down the slope. When the road levels out, you will see a car park on your right. Enter the car park and park as close to the building on the right hand side. This is the Students' Union building and we can bring your work out via the doors on this side.

Couriers

We do not offer a courier service. If you already have an arrangement with a courier, you are more than welcome to arrange for them to collect from us. Please ensure that you have checked with us that the work is completed and suitably packaged before booking a collection.
